Our large garden is lovingly tended and guests enjoy the fruits of our labours, within minutes of picking. Fresh eggs too when available. Visitors often go home laden down with plants, cuttings and surplus veg!
There is plenty to do and see. Offas Dyke , canal tow paths, limestone SSI areas and the Cambrian Heritage railway are in walking distance. Powis castle, Erdigg, Chirk castle and many more NT properties are a short drive away. Three Golf courses are a 10 minute drive. Riding stables are nearby. Shrewsbury, picturesque Llangollen (famous for it's Eisteddfod) and historic Chester make a great day out. Or just simply sit on the patio enjoying a drink and watch life go by in the pretty gardens! |
